Day of editing 8/12

The group got cracking on with editing, without stacey due to her going to a university interview, and we have progressed more in this session of editing than the other sessions because we have worked a lot well together. We had to align a particular video into another video slot so we could always refer back to this shot because it was the best shot of me singing the shot. After doing this, we had to put the shots we already put in order in time again. This was pretty straight forward and quick to do. Then we got onto our next step which continuing to edit our video. There kept on being problems with final cut and it kept freezing the video when we tried watching what we put into order. Whilst editing a particular shot where I was singing, we came across something which we thought was a problem, which turned out to be a really good piece of editing. This was a shot which we cut and was out of time but was used as an effect of a jump cut, because it turned out to work really well with the timing of the music.
